Mediterranean cuisine from Donatella Lanza

The exhibition company Asti Group plans one more surprise for the sophisticated Moscow public and guests within the frame of the gastronomic tour of masters of  European cuisine.

At the Drinks Industry / Russian Wine Fair 2012 exhibition, which will be held on November 20-22 in Moscow, the best Italian wineries will traditionally present the largest exposition. This year, visitors will also be offered to taste the Italian cuisine from the province Cilento (Campania region), which is near Naples, cooked by chef Donatella Lanza.

Mrs. Lanza is the owner of a small farm Chiusulelle with olive grove and a small herd of buffalo. Cuisine of Chiusulelle restaurant offers a variety of wines and delicious dishes made according to the old recipes of Lanza family. In particular, there will be an opportunity to try Cilento - unique dishes made from local products from the Chiusulelle farm, which will reveal the very spirit of the Mediterranean cuisine.

The dishes of the tasting set from Donatella Lanza will be prepared on the base of olive oil and wine of her own production, with the addition of special marinades and sauces based on figs Cilento, which will allow Moscow audience to feel the sincerity and kindness of one of the most popular family restaurants in Italy.
